Annual Report 2025

In 2025, Impakt implemented the Integrated Newcomer Support (INS) Model inside a live shelter environment for the first time, demonstrating how coordinated employment, housing, and mental health supports can accelerate refugee stabilization when delivered on-site and through peer leadership.
